5. Capability Analysis – Is the process performance stable, consistent and centred on targets.
6. Relentless Root Cause Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis – Confirm high risk root
causes that need to be overcome.
7. Validation of Root Causes – Confirm the hypothesis for solution development.
8. I AM WISE – Creative approach to finding innovative solutions.
9. Design of Experiments – Optimize the performance of innovative solutions.
10. Mistake proofing – Launch innovative solutions that can be sustained.
In one power pact afternoon, we will involve you in an interactive session to show how the tools and
methods can be used effectively. We will also let you participate in activities so that you leave with
‘take-ways’ that can be used immediately.

Dr. Man has over 20 years of experience in quality and related fields. He is a Six Sigma
Master Black Belts o both the Juran Institute and the American Society of Quality. He has
conducted a series of Six Sigma training programmes in both Hong Kong and Mainland
China, including Awareness (4 rounds), Green Belt (12 rounds), Black Belt (12 rounds) and
Six Sigma Deployment (12 rounds). More than 1000 people have been trained by Dr. John
Man. He has been a devoted Six Sigma Project Mentor for over 250 Green Belt projects and
over 100 Black Belt projects.
