Before continue reading I need to make sure you that building muscles is not easy. There is a lot of hard
work involved in bodybuilding. First you need to gain knowledge. There is a lot to learn about
bodybuilding and even a well experienced lifter have the chances to make mistakes in his training or
nutrition plans. Next you need to have the dedication and consistency to stay in shape. If you are looking
for a quick fix, then bodybuilding is not for you. You can only stay in shape, only if you have the
dedication and consistency towards your training and nutrition.

That being said, there are also some little known techniques to build muscles quick, which I am going to
show you below.

    1. First technique is none other than massive eating. It is what used by the most successful
       bodybuilders and yes even the natural bodybuilders. When I say massive eating, it doesn’t mean
       eating whatever you like, No! You need to still eat high quality clean foods, but at a higher

        So you need to eat 6-7 meals a day, spaced 2-3 hours. It may seem a lot for an average guy, but
        as long as you are training with weights, it is nothing. Your muscles too need food!

        Some great muscle building foods you need to look into are egg whites, chicken breasts, fish,
        brown rice, whole wheat bread, flax oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc.

    2. Experiment. It may sound weird, but trust me, you need to experiment different training
       techniques and diet methods to find the best that works well for you to build muscles quick.
       There are countless number of exercises and training methods to choose from, but to be really
       successful you need to test many techniques and should find the one that really works best for

        To do the testing, you can write down your weight and body part measurements every week.
        After 8-12 weeks of training, test some other training methods or include some new exercises in
        your training program and track the results after a month of training. Thereby you will know
        which one really worked well for you.
