                                            BIOGRAPHY


Tim Breithaupt graduated from the University of Toronto with a Commerce Degree in 1977. Since his
graduation he has pursued his love of sales with a variety of industries.

In 1990, Tim left his management position at the Control Data Corporation to become Founder and
President of his own training company, The Professional Equity Group Ltd. Since then, Tim has
worked with numerous local and international companies facilitating seminars to hundreds of corporate
representatives. Since December 1992, The Professional Equity Group Ltd. has operated
internationally as Achievers International.

Tim likes to classify his style of facilitation as entertrainment. Tim's twenty years in the business
community allows him to apply "real-world" street smarts throughout his seminars. Client feedback
suggests his use of group interaction and humour makes his seminars enjoyable and memorable.

In November 1998, Tim published his first book, Take This Job and Love It! The Joys of
Professional Selling. Tim has been published in national and international business publications. Tim
is also a professional member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

Tim and his three teenagers make their home in Alberta. He is an active member of the Canadian Ski
Patrol, earning Rookie of the Year in 1990, Most Valuable Patroller in 1997 and in 1999 he was
presented with the Canadian Lifesaving Award. His latest accomplishments are skydiving and rock
repelling.
