NOTE: The data for the UK includes the original BHPS sample (representative of the whole population) along with the ECHP sub-sample (over sample of lower income households
and individuals) and the new extension samples in Scotland and Wales. In the unweighted sample there are around 2.5 times as many enumerated individuals in Scotland as would
