This reroof project at the Wilder Youth Development Center will completely replace existing roof systems on both the Administration Buidlng and the
Gymnasium with an EDMR rubber roof system.
Correction DeBerry - Various Reroofs Phase 1 Davidson County $6,300,000
This project at the DeBerry Special Needs Correctional Facility replaces roofs on buildings of most critical need, including: seven (7) inmate housing units,
the medical unit, and the housing unit for disabled inmates.
Correction Northeast - Various Reroofs Phase 1 Johnson County $6,200,000
This project at the Northeast Correctional Complex replaces failing roof systems on several buildings including: the high security inmate housing unit, five
(5) medium security inmate housing units, and the minimum security annex housing unit.
Correction Northwest - Infrastructure Planning Lake County $450,000
This engineering project at the Northwest Correctional Complex is for engineering planning that includes a high-confidence cost analysis/estimate for
replacement of two (2) 500 ton chillers and cooling towers, and to replace the underground heating and cooling loops that service the entire facility.
Correction Southeast - Kitchen Renovation Bledsoe County $1,200,000
This renovation project at the Southeast Tennessee State Regional Correctional Facility is a major renovation of the facility kitchen. The project scope
includes: replacement of the kitchen floor, replacement of the kitchen drainage system, and replacement of the exhaust hoods and system at the kitchen's
island. The project also includes provision of new food service equipment such as refrigerators and oven units.
Correction Turney - Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Hickman County $1,400,000
This engineering project at the water treatment facility the Turney Center Industrial Prison is to upgrade the plant with a new water filtration system, new
pumping units, a new sludge removal system and settling basin. The project also includes installation of an automated control and monitoring system for
the plant.
Correction West TN - Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants Upgrade Lauderdale County $1,000,000
This engineering project at both the existing water treatment plant and existing wastewater treatment plant for the West Tennessee State Penetentiary
upgrades current facilities with the installation of an automated control and monitoring system, as well as replacement of filter media, distibution pumps,
and a water supply pumping system. The project also includes upgrading the current backwash and aeration systems, and corrects current erosion
conditions and the continuing erosion problems with the wastewatrer lagoon.
Correction Northwest - Geothermal - Planning Lake County $325,000
This engineering project at the Northwest Correctional Complex is for engineering planning and cost analysis for conversion of the current closed-loop
heating and cooling system to a geothermal system.
Correction Luttrell - Infrastructure Upgrade - Planning Shelby County $200,000
This engineering project at the Mark Luttrell Correctional Center is for engineering planning and cost analysis to replace the HVAC systems in several
buildings, and also provide for the replacement of the current steam powered kitchen and laundry equipment with gas-powered equipment.
Correction TN Prison for Women - Security Electronics Upgrade Davidson County $7,800,000
This engineering project at the Tenneessee Prison for Women will upgrade current security equipment with new security cameras, a video monitoring and
recording sysem, door switches, panic button alarm system, intercom system, upgraded security locks, taut-wire system, and other related security
measures for the facility.
Correction Statewide - Tilt-up Panels Structural Review Statewide $100,000
This engineering project will provide a comprehensive analytical study of current tilt-up walls in selected correctional facilites statewide, to evaluate both the
structural integrity of the wall systems, as well as water infiltration and damage issues.
Education TN School for the Blind - Reroof Bldgs 1A and 1B Davidson County $1,150,000
This reroof project at the Tennessee School for the Blind will completely replace existing failed roof systems on both Building 1A the main Administration
Building, and Building 1B the Multi-handicapped wing.
Environment & Conservation Pickett SP - Dam Repair Pickett County $800,000
This engineering project at Pickett State Park northeast of Jamestown, Tennessee, will repair several leaks in the main dam wall, spillway, and areas
adjacent to these in order to meet Federal guidlelines. This work is a preventative measure to avoid ruptures in the dam wall, dam failure and downstream
flooding.
Environment & Conservation Paris Landing SP - Sewer System Upgrades Henry County $1,320,000
This engineering project will provide upgrades to the current sewer treatment plant and sewer collection system at Paris Landing State Park. The project
will include several pumping stations, modifications to the lagoon and chlorination system, and various equipment upgrades to improve overall operations.
Environment & Conservation Roan Mountain SP - Water System Upgrades Carter County $1,400,000
This engineering project will upgrade the the entire water distribution system throughout Roan Mountain State Park. The project will include new pumps,
storage tanks, and replacement of the network of water distribution lines.
Environment & Conservation Sycamore Shoals Historic Park - Exhibit Design Carter County $400,000
This exhibit design project prvides for exhibit programming, design, and oversight of fabrication and installation of new exhibits at Sycamore Shoals State
Historic Park in Elizabethton, including upgrades to the existing exhibits and interpretive spaces.

Facilities Revolving Fund (Real Property Administration) Highway Patrol Offices - Interior Renovation Davidson County $300,000
This interior renovation project to the Highway Patrol Offices at the Murfreesboro Road Complex will initially address the need for environmental
abatement. The renovation work will include new carpet, new furniture systems, minor mechanical and electrical modifications associated with the
renovation, and new interior finishes for the facility.
Facilities Revolving Fund (Real Property Administration) Nashville Gas Building Repairs Davidson County $800,000
This interior renovation project will include all necessry improvements to the Piedmont Natural Gas Building in Metro Center Business Park, recently
acquired by the State, to permit new occupancy by the Department of Genenral Serivces Motor Vehicle Division (MVM). Work involves minor renovation to
building systems, comprehensive cleaning, reconfiguration of office spaces, new hardwall offices and open landscape systems (cubicles), all furnishings,
and new interior finishes throughout.
Human Services TN Rehab Center - Fire Alarm Upgrade Rutherford County $410,300
This fire alarm project at the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center in Smyrna fully upgrades the existing campus monitoring system including: replacement of
all pull-alarms and smoke detectors, and replacement and relocation of the main control panel, and includes all related work.
Human Services TN Rehab Center - M Bldg Reroof & Repairs Rutherford County $460,000
This reroof and general moisture control project at Building "M" at the Tennessee Rehabilitation Center in Smyrna includes a full reroof as well as repairs to
the building envelope as needed to eliminate and prevent leaks.
Mental Health Lakeshore MHI Emergency Generator Knox County $160,000
This engineering project will provide for emergency power generation at the Lakeshore Mental Health Institute, specifically to sustain full kitchen operations
in the event of power outage.
Mental Health Western MHI - Boiler / Heating System Update Hardeman County $350,000
This engineering project at the Western Mental Health Institute in Bolivar will remove the Dunn Building and the Hardeman Building from the central boiler
system, and install package boiler systems for each of these buildings. The project will also replace the current hot water loop system that is no longer
functional, and which is under constant maintenance due to recurrence of leaks.
Mental Health Lakeshore MHI - Elevator Replacement Knox County $1,050,000
This renovation project replaces all existing elevators in the Lakeshore Mental Health Institute building including: new controls, all new wiring, new cabling,
and new motor systems. The project also updates current elevator cabs with fire call boxes, emergency telephones, and code blue features.
Mental Retardation Clover Bottom - Emergency Maintenance Davidson County $1,000,000
This renovation project addresses Capital Maintenance issues in various buildings at the Cloverbottom Developmental Center, including complete reroof of
the Van Buren Building, chiller and fan coil replacements for the Progress House Building, cooling tower replacement for the One Cannon Building, and
various other emergency maintenance needs in campus facilities.
Mental Retardation Greene Valley - Emergency Maintenance Greene County $800,000
This renovation project addresses Capital Maintenance issues in various buildings at the Geene Valley Developmental Center, including chiller
replacements at both the Administration Building and the Gymnasium Building, chiller and dehumidifier replacements at the pool facility, and various other
emergency maintenance needs in campus facilities.
