Steps for installing CenCuSeR:

1. Put CenCuSeR CD into CD-Rom and
double click on CenCuSeR.exe to run the
setup. The following screen will appear at
the time of first installation CenCuSeR

3. For the License Agreement, Accept
the agreement and click on ‘Next’
button




                                       4. After this, installation of CenCuSeR
                                       starts

During the first running of application, There are three buttons on this window : Demo,
Start and Close. This window comes up during starting process throughout the trial
period. To use the Library, press Demo button. To generate Identification Code for
Registration, press Start button. Close button as usual closes the application. Once
Demo button is pressed, it takes as one instance of usage - no matter whether the
Library is actually used or not. If Close button is pressed, it doesn't count the number
since the application is closed without opening up the Library.

Once all the 20 uses are completed, Demo button disappears and the user cannot start
the application. He can only generate Identification Code by clicking on the Start button
or close the application by clicking on the Close button.

Once registered, the application runs for 1000 times. To register the application, a small
patch (exe file) has to be obtained from M/s. Perfect Infotech Pvt., Ltd. The procedure
for Registration detailed later.
Any Layman (individual even without much knowledge) about using the computers can
understand working of this Electronic Library in a span of few minutes. Its usage is
made simple, easy and user-friendly. The Main window contains mainly of two panes -
one for Contents Tree and the other for display of text.

At the top, there are menu bar and tool bar which we discuss at the appropriate place
later. Left pane again contains two tabs - 'Contents' and 'Search'. For now, it will
suffice to know that the Contents tab is used to navigate to the topic directly and Search
tab is used to do the Full Text search on the topics available in the Library.
An advanced search feature has been put in CenCuSeR to facilitate you to find the
required information easily & quickly.
For any Search , Choose the Tab, then select Search in, Search for, then the following
dialog box will appear on the screen as below.
Title Wise: Choose the relevant Title from the title index in Search In. After choosing the
Sub topic, choose the relevant topic from the Search for. Then click Search Button. The
Results Will be shown on the right side of the screen.
Number Wise: For Number wise search, select field from Search in and then from
Search For. Then type Year or Notification No. or any one of them to get search result.
Citation Wise: Here you can search on the basic of citation Year, and page wise.
Party wise: You can select a party and search cases in witch it has appeared in three
ways, Viz. Appellant- if you want this party as appellant only, Respondent –if you want
this party as respondent only or Both.
Court wise: Here you can select Category Of Court of court in left pane and courts
from the right pane to search case on a particular court.
Judge Wise: Double click on the name of judge to select name of the Judge. Add
multiple Judge name using ADD>> button . Click on the Search Button to search
cases judged by those particular .
Once you get our Electronic Library CenCuSeR there after you will get an update of our
package quarterly for next one year(12 Month). No extra cost will charged for the
updations.
