Students didn’t always agree on the value of a service
or product.
Students can be mistaken. We included these

Students eloquently described the complexity of a
research process in “natural language.”

“Incorrect” student interview information can be
addressed in class or countered with another
interview student’s positive experience.
Other departments (Writing Center) love the
promotion of their services.
Didn’t expect to use YouTube.
Future
