A KWL Chart will be done on the overhead to find out how much the students know about this time period in history. 5. Using jigsaw the students will read the material and become experts on one article. The students will then go back to their main group and teach what they have learned to the group. All articles will be discussed in this main group. A. Students will have a note-sheet to put relevant information on each article. B. The class will come back together to discuss all the new information found in the articles. 6. The class will read The Diary of Anne Frank out loud dividing the class into character parts. A.
