                        1. ROOM GUARANTEE POLICY
                        Please note that all reservations must be guaranteed by cash or valid credit card. In case credit facilities         are granted by the Hotel, the company shall provide a covering letter that has been signed by the
                        authorized person.
Reservation             If for any reason an accommodation which has been guaranteed is not available at the hotel, the hotel       will supply alternative accommodation at another hotel with equal or superior quality. The hotel will
                        pay the difference (if any) in the charge of alternative accommodation. The hotel will also arrange and
                        pay for the transportation to and from the alternative accommodation.

                        If the reservation is cancelled, the hotel has the right to charge a cancellation fees due to the lost
                        revenue as follows:
                        * 30-20 days prior to check-in date: No Cancellation charge will be applied.
                        * 19-10 days prior to check-in date: 50% of room charge will be applicable for the first night only.
                        * 09-03 days prior to check-in date: 75% of room charge will be applicable for the first night only.
                        * 02 days prior to check-in date: 100% of room charge will be applicable for the first night only.

                        In case of no show, the Hotel will charge 100% on the first night only.

                        3. EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY
                        Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.
                        Any Request for early check-in is subject to room availability and should be communicated to the hotel
                        reservation department 48 hours prior to arrival.
                        - From 12:00hrs till 5:00hrs 100% of room charge will be applied.
                        - From 05:00 hrs to 10:00 hrs 50% of room charge will apply.

                        4. CHECK OUT POLICY
                        The check out time is 12:00 hrs.
                        Any request for late check out is subject to availability.
                        - Late check out after 12:00hrs till 18:00hrs: 50% of room rate will be charged.
                        - Late check out after 18:00hrs: 100% of room rate will be charged.
                        In the event of early departure (where the departure date is modified after guest check-in), the Hotel
                        reserves the rights to charge compensation equal to 100% of the original reservations.

                        B. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
                        Individual pickup and other special requirements regarding transportation can be arranged on a 24/7
                        hour basis, provided that such services shall be charged at Hotel rates. Such requests should be
                        supported by covering letters.

                        C. METHOD OF PAYMENT
                        All payments are required to be made by the hotel guest upon arrival by cash or valid credit card unless
                        credit facilities has been approved prior by the Hotel (Credit Card authorization form must be filled,
                        signed and submitted upon reservation). Please note that any other services not covered by you will be
                        charged directly to the guest if consumed.
ibis Amman              Companies with credit facilities should finalize payments no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
