 As usual Mr Holil as our professors do not want to if we as students only focus on developing our
hardskill capabilities, such as programming, computer technical skills and others. He wants us as a
student can be a leader, leadership is of course only be obtained from our softskill hone skills such as
presentation skills and speech. This is one of sufficient capability vital role in one's leadership. In
addition, prior to the presentation we are required to regulate the division of labor and the presentation
portion. We are also obliged to pay attention to the appearance of the presentation because it included
an important part in a presentation.
