TPF HELPS SKY ITALIA CELEBRATE 4 MILLIONTH CUSTOMERY At tpf we work with several global brands including SKY Italia. We helped to launch SKY Italia in 2003 with two main objectives; to build brand awareness amongst Italian consumers and to drive penetration of the new Sky platform. Towards the end of 2006, Sky Italia celebrated their four millionth subscriber landmark. Reaching such a milestone in a relatively short space of time was a momentous occasion for SKY Italia. Achieving this figure spurred the brand on to continue looking into new initiatives and improving programming quality so that they can keep moving forward. Over the past three years we have seen Sky Italia go from strength to strength, whether through the introduction of a wide range of channels or introducing leading innovation concepts such as MYSKY and SKYHD. 2006 was a momentous year for Sky Italia and tpf were with them every step of the way as Italy rose to victory to win the World Cup whilst Sky Italia claimed the prestigious award of ‘Official Broadcaster status for the 2006 FIFA World Cup Finals’.
