Project Summary: I was the Solution Architect for the International Sourcing and Logistics functions, Non-Food, initially
working for Group Technology and Architecture. During this period, I oversaw 3 new software product implementations (2
packages, 1 bespoke), together with 20+ supporting interfaces. Two applications were global rollouts and all work required
significant communications and liaison with local and offshore business and development resources (in-house and third-party
resources).

Achievements:
     Defined the RFI technical selection requirements and evaluation framework for packages supporting the Pre Order
      Management (Supplier Audit, Technical Audit and Collaboration) and Logistics components of the business. The
      products selected were Eqos and Oracle E-Business OTM.
     Defined, documented and communicated the overall Solution and Security Architectures, this encompassed key views
      such as business process, data, integration, network, deployment, connectivity from/to country sourcing hubs,
      appropriate strategies for data classifications vs. audience, authentication, authorisation, country specific regulatory
      requirements, data encryption and audit. Stakeholder (business and I.T) sign-off required and obtained.
     Established a robust working relationship with the manager of Non-Food Logistics, and business analysts for
