Profile:            The Flamingo Conference Resort and Spa, a Santa Rosa historic landmark,
                    has the classic charm of the resort hotels of the1950s. The fabled Las
                    Vegas Flamingo inspired the resort’s graceful glass and stone design.
                    Strolling along curving glass-enclosed hallways, along polished flagstone
                    paths framed by bands of plant-dotted white rocks leads to a giant
                    sycamore and cedar dotted pool. Set among the artfully-maintained
                    gardens are the resort’s world-class health club and spa. The resort is
                    central to twelve distinct wine appellations and the many other
                    recreational attractions of this premier Wine County. The Flamingo was
                    built in 1957 and the 170-room resort offers today’s guests the charisma of
                    the past along with numerous modern amenities.

Amenities:            Cable Television, voice mail, room refrigerator and coffee-maker, data
                      ports, blow dryers, irons and ironing boards, laundry facilities, in-room
                      dining, business class wing, security and 24-hour front desk staff. Some
                      rooms have plasma high-definition televisions and all the rooms offer
                      cable television.

Pet-Friendly Rooms: The Flamingo allows dogs of any size and cats in crates to stay at the
                    resort. A $50 non-refundable pet fee is charged and covers one cat or dog.
                    Pets are to be kept leased or crated at all times and may not be left alone in
                    the room.

Facilities:           Full-service spa, fitness center including Cybex equipment, free weights, a
                      cardio theatre that includes treadmills with individual televisions, five all-
                      weather tennis courts, a 25-meter heated lap pool and 1,200 square-foot

& Conferences:        Flamingo Conference Resort & Spa offers an expansive and attractive
                      meeting space with 13 function rooms (13,000 sq. ft.) including a Grand
                      Ballroom, two boardrooms and an outdoor poolside patio.

                      The Lounge and Terrace Grille both feature Wine Country cuisine. The
                      Lounge is a great place to enjoy a quick or leisurely business lunch or
                      romantic dinner for two in the comfortable barrel chairs or at the bar. The
                      Lounge also accommodates solo dining seating. An all day menu is served
                      from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.

                      In the Terrace Grille, breakfast is served every morning at tables that look
                      out on the resort pool through the large picture windows. For breakfast,
                      it’s a wonderful Continental Breakfast Buffet with fresh seasonal fruit and
                      fresh baked pastries or ordering from the hearty breakfast menu with
                      classic egg and breakfast meat combinations, pancakes and Texas toast.
                      The Resort’s Terrace Grille is known for it’s sumptuous weekly Sunday
                      Champagne brunches - popular with locals and visitors alike. Sunday
                      Brunch is a cornucopia of fabulous foods from cheese blintz to breakfast
                      pastries and roasted meats.

                      Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and New Years are just some of
                      the holidays that the Flamingo sells out every year with their special event
                      brunch and dinner menus.

                      In the summer, from June 1 through Labor Day weekend dinners are
                      served in the Terrace Grille.

Nightlife:            As the evening progresses, the Lounge becomes one of Sonoma County’s
                      premier nightspots with an exciting and ever-changing lineup of music,
                      karaoke, dance and dance lessons, including live music on weekends.
