Introductions- meeting began at 10:00 am
        Briefly went over minutes of last meeting.
        Minutes posted on Road Commission of Macomb County’s web page
        26 attendees were present

General Ledger
1) Processing – No questions or discussion
2)   Maintenance –
     a) All Master files
     b) Most discussion on account combination function
         i)   Discussed pros & cons
              (1) Con - Can be labor intensive, work type not checked
              (2) Pro – Catches Mistakes
         ii) About 50% present use extensively, other 50% do not use it
*** In account Combo, should check entries made into General Ledger via G/L module(Talk to Precision)
     c) Offset Control
         i)   Precision sets it up
         ii) Not usually changed
         iii) Most don’t use it or don’t know it is even there
     d) Module Control
         i)   Set up for:
              (1) Default Fund
              (2) Account combo
              (3) Temp Fringe Rate
              (4) Traffic Splits
              (5) Use New Item/Finished Goods
              (6) Exclude Employee name
         ii) Varies to who uses and who doesn’t
         iii) Livingston County paid for “New Item/Finished Goods”
***** Have Precision send documentation on how to use “New Item/Finished Goods”
     e) Reports
         i)   Activity report (**** Print less info so it is more like a reference report or just a print out of
              the globe look-up)

Discussion
Future of PUSH – attempt to stay in central location, meet minimum of 3 times
      per year

Health care act requires reporting on W-2 for 2011 year – Dan @ Washtenaw
      suggests putting info in employee master & module control

Word from Precision
        A. Will be working on updating modules in .Net format
        B. Hoping for a user group meeting in the fall
        C. Sending some patches/updates – not full service packs

            to assist

         h. Need manual check edit in accounts payable, not on the check register
