HEALTH & SAFETY TIP Lighting a candle is
a symbol of our prayer, and a way of extending it
when we can no longer be there. But, please
place lighted candles only in the sockets provided.
If there isn’t room, leave your unlit votive candle
on the tray beneath the lighted candles. It will be
lit for you when there is space.


VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED to work as ‘Street
Chaplains’ in Leeds city centre, from 10.00pm -
2.00am on one Friday per month. This is an
ecumenical response to the needs of people using
the city centre. People are needed to work on the
streets in small groups or to staff the base at Holy
Trinity Church.    If you can help, contact Rev Dr
Adrian Burdon: on 0113 2752793 or on e-
mail:street.chaplains@btinternet.com. Some of our
congregation have already signed up to this
initiative.
THE CATHEDRAL’S SAFEGUARDING representatives
are Angela Hilton, Pam Lythe, Roddy Minogue and Janet

the back of the cathedral, and elsewhere on the premises
REALISTIC GIVING There are still boxes of
offertory envelopes available for new users, and
standing order forms. Also GAD forms for tax-
payers.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE CATHEDRAL -

offertory collection by envelope or bankers’ order,
please have a word with one of the priests or
deacons. Tax-payers can increase the value of
their giving by signing a Gift Aid Declaration. The
