REQUIRES
(1) Deputy Manager (Estate) – Two temporary vacancies (2) Assistant
Manager – One temporary vacancy, and (3) Tapping/Gen.Work
Supervisors –Seven permanent vacancies
(i) Qualification & Experience - For post 1 & 2 - First Class Masters degree in
Science in the Branch of Botony/Plantation Development OR First class degree
in Agriculture/Forestry. [Post graduate degree/diploma in Plantation
Management from reputed institutions will be considered as an additional
qualification.] Should possess at least seven years experience in executive
position supervising plantation of 1000 Ha. preferably rubber for post 1 and
should possess atleast one year experience in executive position supervising
plantations, preferably rubber for post 2. (The SC/ST candidates need to have
only 50% marks in the Academic Qualification). For post 3:- SSLC or its
equivalent with a certificate of tapping course conducted by Rubber Board.
Should possess atleast 5 years tapping experience in a large company/ Estate.
(ii) Salary: Consolidated amount of Rs.23000/- for post 1 and Rs.19500/- for
post 2, and Pay and allowances in the scale of pay of Rs.4750-7820 for post 3.
Free quarters will be provided for all the posts.
(iii) Age limit: - For Post (1), (2) &(3) – 42, 35 & 45 years respectively as on
01.01.2010 with usual relaxation as in Govt.

DETAILS FOR OF THE APPOINTMENT TO THE POST OF
DEPUTY MANAGER (ESTATE) TEMPORARY ON CONTRACT BASIS
1. No. of vacancies : 2 (Two)
2. Qualification : First Class Masters degree in Science in the Branch of
Botony/Plantation Development OR First class degree in
Agriculture/Forestry, [Post graduate degree/Diploma in
Plantation Management from reputed institutions will
be considered as an additional qualification.]
3. Experience : Should possess at least seven year experience in
executive position supervising plantation of 1000 Ha.
preferably rubber. Note:- The SC/ST candidates need
to have only 50% marks in the Academic Qualification
mentioned above.
4. Age limit : 42 (Forty two) years as on 01.01.2010 with usual
relaxation as in Govt.
6. Pay & Allowances : Rs.23000/- per month (Consolidated) with Free Quarters
7. Other conditions
General:
1. Recruitment will be made observing the principles of reservation as
applicable to Govt. appointment.
2. Candidates may apply in the prescribed application form. Attested
copies of certificates in respect of age, educational qualifications,
experience, caste in the cases of SC/ST & backward communities to be
enclosed. The experience certificate shall be in the prescribed format
appended with the application form. A recent passport size photograph

4. The candidate selected for appointment shall execute an agreement in
