                         Philip DePalo, hereinafter referred to as “Artist”, receives a signed copy.

                         Term: If payment is by check, please make check payable to: Philip DePalo
                         Payment is due at start of performance, unless prior arrangements have been made.
                         Default contracts will be assessed a $50 late fee + 50% APR from date of performance.
                         Venue: Client will provide Artist with secure location for supplies and valuables and
                         with event parking. In such circumstances in which the Artist provides the Event
                         Organizer with the technical rider, the Client will be responsible to fulfill the
                         specifications within the technical rider.
                         Cancellation policy: Cancellation by the Client less than 1 month prior to the event
                         will result in Client being responsible for 50% of total fee. Cancellations within 1 week
                         prior to performance will result in client being responsible for 100% of total fee. The
                         Artist will not be responsible for late start of performance due to weather, unforeseen
                         traffic delays or circumstances beyond Artist’s control. Artist can substitute another
                         artist of equal or greater skill at no additional cost to Client.
                         Liability: The Client, by signing this document, assumes the liability for all such risks
                         and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Artist and Artist’s artists from and
                         against any and all accidents, claims, judgments, costs or liability for damage, injury to
                         any person, property or pet during the entire event.
                         Legal: Contract shall be governed by, venued in, and construed in accordance with the
                         laws of the State of Maryland and the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
                         Use of Likeness: The Event Organizer has the right to use the likeness of the Artist
                         and publicized the Artist with regard to the Artist’s appearance at the Event referred to
                         herein. Use of likeness or publicity material of the Artist regarding future appearance
                         or events not referred to in this contract require the Artist’s written permission.
