                Simon Steele joins CCLA as Director, Investments

Simon Steel, formerly Investment Director at Adam & Company, joined CCLA on
1 July 2010.

He will be joining CCLA’s investment department where he will focus on stock
selection, equity research and portfolio construction.

Simon has 19 years of experience within the financial sector and is a member of
the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. At Adam & Company, as an
Investment Director, he was Head of Stock Selection and responsible for a
number of key mandates including charities, pension funds, trusts and specialist
equity funds. Simon also co-managed the highly successful Adam Worldwide

Prior to this, he has worked as a fund manager for the WH Smiths Pension fund,
Fuji-Lord Abbett and Singer & Friedlander Investment Management.

“For many years I have had a strong focus on the investment challenge of
delivering long-term and sustainable capital and income growth, which is
particularly important for charities in order to deliver their work on the ground.”
says Simon.
