Application Climate
Substrate temperature must be 5ºC or above for application and during drying. Adequate dry air
ventilation should be supplied during drying.

Application Information
Thinning should only take place after the product has been thoroughly mixed. Application and use
should always conform with the codes of practice described in BS 6150 and BS 5493

Brush and Roller
Thin if required with 0-5% White Spirit. On porous surfaces e.g. matt emulsion up to 15% thinning
may be required.

Conventional Air Spraying
Thin with 5-15% White Spirit, as required.
Tip size - 2.0mm
Tip pressure - 60psi (0.4MPa) approximately

Airless Spraying
Thin with 0-10% White Spirit, as required
Tip size - 13 thou (0.33mm) approximately
Tip pressure - 1700 psi (12 MPa) approximately

Cleaning Thinner
Equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with White Spirit

Summary Safety Information
Always refer to the Health and Safety sheet for the product before use, and observe the warning
phrases on the label. In general avoid inhalation of spray mist and skin contact by the use of masks,
gloves and other personal protection. Eyes should be copiously washed with water or proprietary
wash, and medical attention obtained.

Skin should be thoroughly washed using a cleanser or soap and water. Product is flammable. No
sparks or flames. No smoking.
