Class Descriptions
  Aerobics Classes
     Strength Training
     A class that utilizes the use of free weights and body weight to add strength, help improve bone density, and help with aid in
     weight loss.

      Tai chi
      Tai Chi Chuan, sometimes referred to as "meditation in motion," is an ancient Chinese martial art consisting of a sequence of
      slow, graceful motions that relax and strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. An excellent form of stress management suitable for
      people of all ages, Tai Chi has been shown to reduce blood pressure, strengthen bones, and boost your immune system. No
      experience needed.

      Step Aerobics
      Beginning Step Aerobics: 20 minutes of easy to follow step combinations,(preview moves are included with the step aerobic
      combinations.) The second half of class includes 20 minutes of strength and tone working all major muscle groups and ending
      class with a 5 minute stretch.

  Mind/Body Classes
     Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core
     strength, flexibility, and body awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.

      *Punch Cards will also be available. These cards are also $50.00 and allows you the freedom to drop into any Fitness Class of
      your choice up to 12 visits.

  Individual Sessions
      A personal fitness instructor is available to all students, staff and faculty members.

  *There will be no classes held the week of Spring Break

  The Winter schedule runs from Monday, January 11, 2011 thru April 11, 2011. To register for classes or for more information on
  individual sessions please contact Mary at 593-4620 or email

  Cost: $50.00
  Drop in: $10.00/class.

  There will be NO REFUNDS given after the first completed class.
  Instructors are subject to change throughout the course. There is a minimum number of attendees required to run each class.
