The buyer shall pay all real estate taxes that are due and payable in 2011. Property is being sold AS IS, subject to any wind tower & rights easements with enXco that the new buyers will assume, along with any road, drainage or other easements of record and the buyers are responsible for all inspec- tions of the property prior to their purchase of it.
