                                          Commission: 15% plus VAT (minimum £2.00 per lot)
                                             Unsold Fees: £2.00 per lot (plus VAT)

                                                    CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Conditions of Sale – All lots will be offered subject to Thimbleby & Shorland’s usual Conditions of Sale, which will be printed in
   the catalogue and are available on request.
2. Entries – These should be with the Auctioneers at least one month before the sale. The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse
   any entry or close entries when the sale becomes full.
3. Delivery – It is recommended that all lots are in the market by 12 noon the day before the sale. However, provision will be
   made for those vendors who cannot arrive until the morning of the sale. The Auctioneers request in this instance that lots are in
   place by 8.30 a.m. on the morning of the sale.
4. Reserve Prices – All reserve prices should be made in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the day prior to the sale. No responsibility can
   be accepted for lots offered without a reserve price, which will be sold to the highest bidder at the sale.
5. Liability – The Auctioneers do not accept responsibility for any accident, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever which may
   occur on the auction premises.
6. Clearance – All lots become the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer and any unsold lots remain the
   responsibility of the vendor. In any event, all lots should be removed in their entirety from the market as soon as possible after
   the sale.
7. Descriptions – All lots will be described to the best of the Auctioneers’ ability from information supplied by the vendors who
   shall alone be responsible for any error or mis-statement. The Auctioneers undertake no liability whatsoever in respect of
   faults, deficiencies and errors of description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness,
   condition, origin, age or quality of any lot and NO WARRANTIES are given or implied by the Auctioneers.
