Instructions:

4) From either a project plan or a "best guess" estimate, determine the Level of
Implementation for the first attribute listed in Column B. Those levels are
defined as follows:
Not Planned - No plan currently exists to implement this attribute
Inception - Implementation 30% or less complete
In Process - Implementation 31-79% complete
Implemented - Implementation 80% or more complete
