Fresh Flowers -Terms and Conditions
Weddings
When a wedding date is booked a 20% deposit of the final bill is required. If, for any reason you
decide to cancel your wedding this
deposit is non - refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding we will hold your deposit until
your wedding goes ahead. The 20% deposit is subtracted from your final wedding bill.
Once your wedding date is booked with us you should book a further consultation with our floral
artist approximately six weeks before your wedding. This is to finalize the flower content and
number of arrangements / buttonholes etc.
We order your wedding flowers approximately ten days before your wedding date, dependent on
type of flower chosen, therefore no changes can be made after this date. We will, however be
able to make small changes e.g. numbers of buttonholes / corsages.
A quotation for the cost of your wedding flowers will be sent out to you after your initial
consultation with our floral artist. This is only a guide price and may be subject to change due to
the market cost of the flowers at the time of ordering and due to any changes you
make nearer to the wedding day. A final cost for your wedding flowers will be sent out to you
after your final consultation with our floral artist.
We require a signature when you receive your flowers to say that they have arrived in perfect
condition and that the numbers of items are correct. Any queries must be raised within 1 hour of
delivery.

Availability of fresh flowers
As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be
unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source the product sometimes we are physically
unable to use a particular flower. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and
stringent quality checks. Celebration Moments reserves the right to use a similar flower in place
of the previously chosen flower.

Hired Items
All hired goods are and remain the property of Celebration Moments.
The hire period shall be the event date stated and collection is made on the same day or next
day.
The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods and shall be responsible for insuring the
goods from time of installation/acceptance until return and acceptance of goods back into the
possession of the owner.
The Owner, Celebration Moments shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or
property sustained arising from any hired goods.
In the event of a cancelled booking, a cancellation charge will be levied by the Owner, at 20% of
the total value of the order.
Cancelled bookings with less than 4 weeks before the Hire Period will require full payment.
A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit must be sent back with
the completed booking form and Terms & Conditions.
A refundable deposit is returned to the hirer when all hired goods are received in satisfactory
condition.
Full payment for all hired goods is required 6 weeks before the hire period. The hirer is
responsible for ensuring that all payments
have been received by the owner.
Shortages and damages to hired goods - On collection, if any of the hired goods are missing or
damaged, then the owner will send a replacement invoice to the hirer, and the amount deducted
from holding deposit.
If the owner finds permanent damage through mistreatment being caused to hired goods for
example rips, cigarette burns, candle wax, excessive food and drink stains etc. Replacement
charges for all hired goods are available upon request by the hirer.
Replacement invoices will be issued within 14 days after the hire period.

Final payments
Weddings - Final payment is due 6 weeks before the wedding. Celebration Moments reserves
the right to cancel any wedding flowers, if payment is not made by the due date. We are not
obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused.

Funerals and other occasions
Payment is due at the time of ordering.

Contract
A binding contract will be entered into upon receipt of deposit.
All products remain the property of Celebration Moments until paid for in full.

Cancel contract by you
If you cancel your contract with Celebration Moments, your deposit is non-refundable.

Photographs
Celebration Moments reserves the right to photograph the venue before and after dressing to
use in advertising in all media.

A non refundable 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposit must be sent back with
the completed booking form and
