PRIVATE DINING MENUS
Please choose one of the following set dining menus for your guests, or alternatively create your own menu from the menu selector for private
dining. Those with special dietary requirements and vegetarians will be offered alternative dishes on request. A sorbet course or cheese course   (Please discuss your menu requirements with the conference team before making a final choice)
may be added to the dinner menu of your choice as priced in the menu selector for private dining. Our carvery restaurant is included in our
24hr rate, if you would like to select private dining, a credit of £12 per person will be made to the menu price.
