Registration Number T445 Relationships with others Acmed will be warm-hearted, co-operative with others and likes to be part of a group. He is generous in personal relationships and not afraid of criticism. Acmed needs an occupation dealing with people and he enjoys social recognition. Acmed may have difficulty in asserting his authority at times, preferring to let others take the lead role in tasks or projects. He will have well developed diplomacy skills able to deal with conflict and preferring the process of quite behind the scenes negotiation to direct confrontation. Whilst he will be a cheerful member of staff he will also be somewhat meek and overly accommodating. Acmed tends to be somewhat serious and rather self-sufficient. He will be responsible in his approach to life taking a mature view of most situations. He may be seen as a little severe by people who he doesn't know very well, however; he is able to relax this manner with trusted colleagues and friends. He may on rare occasions be hurt by thoughtless behaviour - especially by people who are close to him. Acmed sometimes considers things at length before deciding on a course of action. Decision making capability Acmed is kindly, he will be tolerant of himself and others; he will expect affection and attention and likes help and sympathy. He is fastidious and artistic he will be imaginative in an inner life and when in conversation with others. This man will act on sensitive intuition and dislikes situations that involve hostility. Acmed takes an un-frustrated approach to most situations. At work Acmed is well composed and well balanced and at times he can appear to be a little slow to respond to events that surround him. Acmed's preferred team role is that of the Monitor Evaluator however, it is important that this view of Acmed is a theoretical one and actual behaviours are influenced by a whole range of things and may be totally different from those described here. Although Acmed is by nature a critic rather than a creator, he will not usually criticise just for the sake of it, but only if he can see a flaw in the plan or the argument. Acmed will take a serious and sober view on life; enthusiasm and euphoria simply are not part of his make-up. This, however, has the compensating advantage that ego-involvement does not cloud or distort his judgement. He is slow to make up his mind, and likes to be given time to mull things over, but his is the most objective mind in the team.
