Applications for this project proposal should be with the Royal Academy of Engineering by 17.00 on
16th of May 2010. You will receive an email on receipt of your proposal application.

1. I have read and understood the project guidelines set out by The Royal Academy of
   Engineering.

2. I certify that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the details in this application are
   complete and accurate and I undertake to inform The Royal Academy of Engineering
   immediately of any change in the information given.

3. I commit to provide the required remaining funding for the project.

4. An agreement regarding issues related to identification, protection and subsequent
   exploitation of IP generated from the research will be in place before the start of the
   project.

5. I agree for the information provided to be disclosed to external third parties for peer
   review and other relevant parties solely for the purpose of operating this scheme.

6. The UK Institution will bear responsibility for the correct use of the funds awarded by the
   Academy.
