         ELECTRONIC SERVICE COORDINATION SYSTEM

                                  Registration
In order to use the Electronic Service Coordination System (E-SCS), the following
steps must be followed:

1. Agencies undergo an engagement procedure through the Outer East Primary
       Care Partnership (OEPCP) culminating in signature of an End-User Licence
       Agreement;

2. Individual users undergo training, register with Infoxchange Australia and are
       issued a username and secure password;

3. Agency Manager then verify the details of new users and allocate a role within
       the system.

Detailed instructions are given below.

AGENCIES
OEPCP agencies interested in using E-SCS should contact the Service Coordination
Officer at OEPCP on 03 9879 4282. The engagement process will involve the
following:

1. A check on agency readiness in terms of compliance with the standards laid
       down in the Victorian Service Coordination Practice Manual;

2. A check on agency readiness to use E-SCS in terms of technical requirements,
       staff readiness, organisational procedures and determining who the agency’s
       referral partners are;

3.     Developing an implementation and training schedule;

4.     Signature of contractual documents.

Note that there is a $100 one-off registration fee with annual usage costs to be
negotiated depending on the likely rate of usage.

NEW USER REGISTRATION
New users must undergo training, on completion of which they must register in their
own right at http://www.s2s.org.au/group/Registration/register.chtml

When registering, it is strongly recommended that the user name be the name you
want to be known by to other services. It is also strongly recommended that the
initial password be the same as your user name. When you first use the system, you
will use your initial password to access the system, but then be asked to set a secure
password. If you subsequently forget your secure password, contact Infoxchange
Helpdesk on 03 9418 7466. This will be easier if you can remember your initial
password.

When prompted to identify your PCP, select OEHCSA if you agency is in the Local
Government areas of Knox, Maroondah or Yarra Ranges.

AUTHORISATION TO USE SYSTEM (MANAGEMENT)

Following individual registration by new users, your manager must verify who you
are, approve your participation and provide some information about your role. That
form can be found on the link below.
