 PSE Day Guidelines

 SUTIL will accept students no younger than Grade 9 at its PSE Days. Grades 10, 11,
       and/or 12 are preferred.
 If you have a high school population of fewer than 100 students, please invite
neighbouring schools to attend your PSE Day.
 Please ensure there is a teacher supervisor in every presentation. SUTIL presenters
cannot be responsible for the supervision of students.
 If presentations are in a gym or auditorium, or if the session is larger than 75 students,
please provide a PA system for presenters.
 If you plan to invite non-SUTIL institutions or presenters to your PSE Day, SUTIL requests
that preference in presentation time and display booth space is given to SUTIL Members
       and Associate Members.
 SUTIL Members are the CENTRAL RECRUITMENT DEPARTMENTS of the Member
Institutions (please see above), and these Members are to be included in all PSE Day
events. All others (including non-recruitment departments of Member institutions) are
considered either Associate Members or non-members of SUTIL.
