Anh Lung, Zed, Tsang - evaluation of infection control at UBC - Cancer Clinic PM – Presentation of Research and UBC Cancer clinic I.C. to Drs. Zed & Tsang Nov 8th AM – Cancer Clinic to discuss possible follow up to research proposal and implementation of pediatric oral health protocol for oncology patients. - Drs. Khuong and Mai are extremely interested in pursing this program to implementation. - Dr. Mai has agreed to “screen” patients based on simple oral inspection and prognosis of treatment. - Proposal o Children with good prognosis and in need of dental care will undergo treatment in a collaborative UBC - Maple Dental Clinic. Possibly becoming an integral component of the Vietnam GPR rotation. o Dr. Mai will screen new admission patients and provide recommendations on who will benefit from receive treatment - Follow up and take pics of some of the patients with more serious oral complications Nov 12th Back to Canada.
