You can hold your function or event in any one of the three rooms. The Abbey Suite can cater for a
banquet of between 80 and 250 people or it can be set out “theatre style for up to 290”.

The Raikeside Room can cater for smaller parties of between 50 and 80 (not available on Saturday ).

The Cronkshaw Room is often used in conjunction with the other rooms, for instance, to display a buf-
fet meal.

Room hire charges are included in the cost of banqueting and buffet menus, although it is possible to
hire room only. The room only charges are as follows :

You can hold your smaller conferences / meetings in any one of our three rooms. The
Ribble Suite can cater for 20 - 50 people in boardroom style or 70 in Theatre style.

The Calder Room can cater for 10 - 20 people in a boardroom style and the Hodder
Room from 4 - 10 people.

Room Hire charges are included in the 24 hour or daily conference rate, although it is
possible to hire room only. The room only charges are as follows:-
