Our SErvicE OffEr
The following menus have been designed to meet the corporate and hospitality needs
of both internal university departments and external clients and offer a range of choice
from a sandwich lunch to a full banqueting menu.

MEnuS and SErvicE STaff
Our chef has devised several balanced menus from which you may choose. However
you are welcome to interchange items between menus of the same type and price.
all menus include the provision of china and linen, including dressed catering tables
when applicable to your event type and venue. The appropriate number of staff will
be provided for the duration of the catering components of your event. if you require
service staff for smaller events, events comprising beverages or drinks only or additional
staff members, a quotation can be provided.

diETary and BOOking infOrMaTiOn
We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements – please inform the sales team of
any special dietary requirements at the time of order.
all vegetarian items on this menu are labelled with (V)
vegan products are labelled with (VE)
gluten-free products are labelled (G)
dairy-free products are labelled (D)

We cannot guarantee that our items are nut or allergen free; if you require a nut (or
other allergen) free meal, please request this with our sales team.

A full copy of our terms and conditions of booking are provided with your confirmation
of booking form. in the meantime please note the following key points:
• final catering numbers are required by 12 noon, 2 working days prior to your event
  (working days constitute Monday to Friday). These numbers will reflect the final
  chargeable amount.
• We reserve the right to substitute menu items at short notice.
• Prices are subject to vaT at the current rate.

It is not our policy knowingly to include genetically modified ingredients in our menus.
