              Bonnie graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a

A SSOCIATES            rian Dreyfus is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax

              Appeals Board and other Courts in the State of California. Brian's past experience
              includes work as an advocate in the Children's Court, as well as the foster care system.

              Brian is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and obtained his Juris
              Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law. He is a member of the
              State Bar of California and is an active member of the California Workers'
              Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association. He is admitted to practice before
              the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court-Central
              District of California.

              In his leisure time Brian enjoys traveling, sports and a good game of poker.

                       ussell Ching, a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax, specializes
                       in litigating workers' compensation claims on behalf of insurance carriers
                       and self-insured employers. Russ worked within insurance companies as a
              claims examiner and has first hand knowledge of claims handling.

              Russ is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, where he obtained his Bachelor of
              Arts degree in Secondary English Education. He obtained his Juris Doctorate
              degree from the University of LaVerne College of Law in Los Angeles, California.

              From 1999-2000 Russ volunteered as a victims' advocate at the Neighborhood Legal
              Services Domestic Violence Clinics in Van Nuys and Burbank.

              In his leisure time Russ enjoys traveling, music and bowling. He is a former
              member of the Professional Bowlers Association.

              Noel is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where he obtained
              his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctorate

              Noel is a member of the State Bar of California and is an active member of the

              He enjoys snow skiing, golfing and riding his ATV in the sand dunes of Glamis, as
              well as spending time with his young son and wife.

              Meline spends her free time raising her very active young son.

                    ohn D. Young is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska and Wax
                    specializing in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation from case
                    inception through trial and appeal.

              John is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, where he obtained
              his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History. He
              obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Southwestern University School of
              Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985.

              From 1994 to 1998, John was a judge at the Workers' Compensation Appeals
              Board, Los Angeles, hearing more than 400 cases and responding to more than 96
              Petitions for Reconsideration. Ninety-six per cent of John's decisions were upheld
              by the WCAB on appeal.

              John's pastimes include reading history books, hiking, and playing Madden Football
              on PlayStation 2.

A SSOCIATES           tella F. Mendoza, who earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California
                      State University, Northridge, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola
                      University School of Law, is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska &
              Wax. Stella is an experienced litigator of workers' compensation claims, claimed

              Stella has worked in Workers' Compensation defense, subrogation, and
              landlord/tenant law since 1990. Prior to joining PB&W, Stella was a principal in
              the firm of Spoeri & Mendoza and an associate with Samuelsen, Gonzalez,
              Valenzuela & Brown. Stella is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar
              Association, the State Bar of California, and is a member of the California
              Workers' Conpensation Defense Attorneys' Association

              In her leisure time Stella volunteers at the North East Valley Health Corporation
              and her local AYSO Region.

                                                         M ARK E. J OSEPH
                            ark E. Joseph is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax and
                            heads the Civil Litigation Department. Mark's practice emphasizes
                            insurance defense in the areas of automobile negligence, premises
              liability, product liability, construction defects, punch press injuries, and subrogation.

              Mark is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York and
              earned his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 1972. Prior to
              joining PB&W he was a partner at Mandel, Pillemer & Joseph.

              Mark has served as a Referee in the Van Nuys Superior Court Settlement
              Conference Program and has served as Judge Pro Tem in the Central District of
              Los Angeles. Mark frequently lectures clients on current issues relating to civil
              litigation, subrogation and third party settlements.

              In his spare time, Mark volunteers for charitable/non-profit organizations. He also
              enjoys reading and watching television, preferably at the same time.

                                                   L AWRENCE Y. K AO
A SSOCIATES          awrence Y. Kao joined Pearlman, Borska & Wax as a senior associate in
                     May of 2005. Larry's emphasis is the defense of workers' compensation
                     claims, claimed violations of L.C. Section 132a and Serious & Willful
              Misconduct claims.

              Larry graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
              He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. Larry is a member
              of the State Bar of California and Alaska and is an active member of the
              California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association.

              Larry's past experience includes prosecuting criminal matters as an Assistant
              District Attorney for the State of Alaska from 1999 to 2000 and civil and criminal
              litigation as an associate attorney in Fairbanks through 2002.

              In his leisure time Larry enjoys photographing wildlife and the Northern Lights.

                                                R OBERT B. H ELLER
                      obert B. Heller is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax. Rob's
                      area of expertise is workers' compensation defense and all related matters.
                      He is a member of the State Bar of California and is an active member
              of the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association.

              Rob obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa
              Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic
              University, San Luis Obispo. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola
              Law School in Los Angeles.

              Before joining PB&W, Rob was a sole practitioner representing injured workers,
              which now gives him valuable insight into the minds of his opponents. He also has
              experience in business litigation.

              His interests include hiking in the Tuolomne, reading Hafiz to his wife and making
              hearty soups. He has been married since 1981 and he does not like Sodoku.

A SSOCIATES               artha A. Gaines is an associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax. Her
                          area of practice is in the defense of workers' compensation claims and
                          related matters.

              Martha is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where she obtained
              her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate
              degree with high honors from the Glendale University School of Law.

              Prior to becoming an attorney, Martha worked as a claims examiner for the State
              of California and a hearing representative for a national insurance company.

              Martha is a member of the State Bar of California and an active member of the
              California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association.

              In her leisure time she enjoys sports, photography and water color painting.

                     acqueline T. Hilton is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax.
                     Since 1993 she has practiced exclusively in the area of workers'
                     compensation defense and related claims. Prior to 1993 Jacqueline
              represented employers in FELA claims and manufacturers in product liability actions.

              Jacqueline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from California
              State University, San Bernardino, and her Juris Doctorate degree from UCLA
              School of Law.

              Jacqueline is a member of the State Bar of California. She is also admitted to the
              United States District Court for Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts
              of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is an active
              member of the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association.

              In her spare time, Jacqueline gardens and is working on perfecting a recipe for
              gourmet horse treats.

A SSOCIATES            lice Jordan is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax specializing
                       in the defense of workers' compensation claims and other employment
                       law-related issues.

              Alice previously had a law practice in which she handled family law matters and
              also worked as a law professor teaching tort law, legal writing, and legal research.
              Before entering the field of law, she worked as an engineer for the Electronic
              Warfare Division of Texas Instruments.

              Alice graduated from the University of Redlands with a Bachelors of Science
              degree in Mathematics and from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts
              degree in Biology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from California
              Western School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the California State Bar that
              same year. She is an active member of the California Workers' Compensation
              Defense Attorneys' Association.

              In her leisure time, Alice enjoys mystery novels, interior decorating, and is a boxing fan.

                       harles B. Ressler is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax. He
                       has specialized in the defense of workers' compensation claims from case
                       inception through trial and appeal since 1979. He is an experienced litiga-
              tor and has successfully tried varied and complex issues before the Appeals Board.

              Mr. Ressler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from
              California State University, Los Angeles and later obtained his Juris Doctorate
              degree from Whittier College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of
              California, the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association,
              and has served as Judge Pro Tem at the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

              Mr. Ressler has two daughters and his interests include mountain bike excursions,
              as well as automobile road trips. He also enjoys automobiles in general, computer
              graphics, and photography in his spare time.

A SSOCIATES          ack M. Cohen is a senior associate with Pearlman, Borska & Wax and
                     has specialized in the field of workers' compensation since 1976. He is a
                     graduate of the University of California at Riverside and the San Fernando
              Valley College of Law. As a Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist since
              1982, he has represented self-insured public agencies and insurance companies.
              Mr. Cohen has acted as a Judge Pro Tem and served as an Arbitrator.

              Mr. Cohen has developed an expertise in the handling of cases involving police
              officers and was published in the 2006 edition of Southern California Super
              Lawyers magazine.

              In addition to handling the defense of workers' compensation claims, he has
              represented employers in disability retirement, ADA, and subrogation matters.
              He also presents programs to supervisors and managers on the interrelationship
              of these issues.

              Mr. Cohen is married, the proud father of 3 daughters and is an accomplished

                        Since 1994, Bridget has immersed herself in all aspects of liens, including lien
                        collections, defending against lien claims and as an expert witness on fee schedule
                        issues. Bridget has extensive experience before the Workers' Compensation Appeals
                        Board appearing frequently at lien conferences, trials and mandatory settlement
                        conferences.

                        Bridget is a long time member of Toastmasters International and was awarded the
