Traditionally, the relative position of the R/A damper and O/A damper was maintained
by a mechanical driven single Actuator operator. Since damper flow curves
Seldom were machetes with actual flow, the constant proportional S /A volume not met,
but only at a few points.

VD-2300 overcomes this problem by using separate drive motors for each damper,
permitting position correction at any point of the input curve. A microprocessor monitors
the damper position feedback, and provides a control out to ensure the proper relative
position of each Damper. For accuracy, the range of travel is divided into nine segments,
so that the volume of the O/A and R/A can be matched to constant volume of S/A.
Damper positions are automatically calculated for positions between these points.

External system controls maintain the output Air Volume coming from mix box for
further industrial HVAC applications. In order to maintain a desired volume of the S/A,
System Board provide to suitable signal to O/A and R/A actuators to create a mixture of
that matching the S/A volume.

The main function of the Actuator Controller Board is to convert linear control input (2-
10V DC) voltage provided by External System into two separate/independent
programmable outputs (2-10V DC or 4-20mA.)
