                                             Neil Dawson, currently Chief Creative Officer on Philips, is one of the leading Creatives in the United
                                             Kingdom, having won numerous International and European awards including D&AD, Cannes, BTAA,
                                             One Show, Clio, Epica, & APA Awards.

                                             With more than 18 years in the industry Neil has worked with many global agencies and brands and has
                                             experience across industries including, Automotive, FMCG, Travel Industry and Alcoholic Beverages.

                                             Neil first joined DDB in 1997. One of the first tasks to land on his desk was a print brief for a Volkswagen
                                             price campaign, which became, “Surprisingly Ordinary Prices”. This resulted in an award winning press,
                                             poster and radio campaign. The “Wedding” press ad still is the most awarded print ad in advertising history,
                                             according to the Gunn Report.

                                             After five very happy years at DDB working on American Airlines and Marmite in addition to VW, Neil was
                                             wooed by BBH in 2002, to run the Global Johnnie Walker Account. His ad “Fish” effectively re-launched the
                                             “Keep Walking” campaign, running in 110 markets and scooping numerous International awards.

                                             After stints at TBWA and Ogilvy working on brands such as Eurostar and Harrods, Neil returned in 2007 to
                                             DDB to become Chief Creative Officer on Philips. Since then the account has seen something of a
                                             renaissance culminating in the Grand Prix at Cannes in 2009 for Carousel.

                                             Belief in the big idea in whatever media, Neil is most proud of the fact that as a creative or as a CD he’s
                                             won awards for Direct Mail, Radio, Press, Poster, Television and Digital.

                                             Neil has judged on most of the major awards and currently sits on the DDB Creative Council.
                                             Prior to DDB, Neil worked in South Africa at the time of its first free elections. He now lives in the UK with
                                             his wife and two children.
