third-party vendors, subcontractors, contracts, SOWs, cost control, risk management, requirements
definition, and change management for projects as large as several million dollars. Used MS Project and
checklists to plan and monitor schedule. Maintained project document repositories on SharePoint.
   Enabled $900M+ in sales for client by leading 5-vendor (e.g., Dresser Wayne and Paypoint) initiative
     to facilitate implementation of new co-brand debit card across western region.
   Saved client $12.7M per year in credit card fees by leading development of improvements to credit
     card settlement processing in accordance with new MasterCard requirements.
