The Lehigh Acres Spring Festival is pleased to announce that this will be our
36th year to offer our FREE festival to the community of Lehigh Acres. We are
very proud of the advances that we have made with this fun filled, annual family

Our festival, held at beautiful Veteran's Park on Homestead Rd., will begin on
March 19th and will climax with an exciting parade that will be held on Sat.,
March 27th. This will be 9 days filled with wonderful professional entertainment
as well as many of our very own local talents showcasing this years theme:
 Each night we provide a FREE evening of music, dancing and contests. We have a
carnival full of rides for kids of all ages. It is our intention to provide a festival that
appeals to all ages and cultural backgrounds.

 We would like you to know that the Spring Festival is a non-profit organization
with the goal of providing our local schools, clubs and civic organizations the
opportunity to raise money for their causes. We provide the "people" by offering
the FREE entertainment. "They" provide the money to the clubs by way of
purchasing their sodas, sausage sandwiches and cotton candy. Everyone wins
with this event!
In order to provide such diverse entertainment, we must solicit financial backing
from the businesses that help to make this community the "hometown" that we
all enjoy. The people that attend the festival will remember that it was YOUR
business that provided a wonderful evening of entertainment for them.

We would like to give you a list of sponsorship opportunities to consider. These
opportunities are available in many price ranges so we are sure that there is
someplace where we can plug you in. We really want you to be included in
this important event!
 As you can imagine, even with utilizing many volunteers, the costs are great. The
entertainment and carnival are the fun aspects of the festival that everyone can
see. The reality is that even though we utilize many volunteers, we still have the
costs for insurance, lighting, signs, etc. This is where the support of our
businesses becomes crucial.

                  Become a festival sponsor today.

Your name will go on our sponsor sign which is conveniently located in front of the
crowd each and every day of the festival. Sponsors are listed on the sign in
categories that let everyone know the support that you have provided for us.

Your name will show as a sponsor in the program for the festival and will appear in
the local papers as one of our sponsors.

You will be listed on our website and if you send
us your logo, we will get it on the web site as well.

If you help sponsor some of our shows through out the week our emcee will
announce your business from the stage. There are always opportunities between
performances when the emcee will announce the sponsors that make the festival

   Anyone who becomes a sponsor will be afforded this advertising.

If you want to become one of our major sponsors, we will include another sponsor
sign with your logo directly on stage where it will also be seen during the entire
event. You will also receive a beautiful commemorative poster for your office and
VIP treatment throughout the event.

Here are some examples of our larger sponsorship opportunities:

 Ed & Geraldine are a husband and wife team performing Old-Time music for
audiences. Their lively fiddle music has its roots in tradition with a "down-home"
flavor. Children are encouraged to "Join the band" playing a variety
of rhythm instruments such as spoons, maracas and the old-fashioned dancing
puppets on a stick called limber jacks or patty-whacks. We have had them at the
festival several years now and the children just love their shows. Cost to sponsor
this show is $3000.

Nicks Kids Show is another great show for the kids that encourage them to
become part of the show. It is very up-beat and fun. He puts on several shows
 each day throughout the festival so the sponsor is able to get a lot of exposure.
 This is also a show that we bring back year after year due to the great response
that we receive for it. The cost to sponsor this show is $4000.

Also for our national entertainment we have teamed up with local radio station
Gator Country for additional performers that will take the stage during our event.
These shows will get a lot of publicity since Gator Country will be advertising it on
the radio several weeks before the concert. We are expecting the additional
performers to cost $3000 to sponsor.
