NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund (“the
Fund”), which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “EDF”, declared today its first three
monthly distributions of $0.18 per common share per month. Based on the Fund’s initial public offering price of
$25.00 per share, the distribution represents an annualized distribution rate of 8.64%. “We are pleased with the
distribution rate that the Fund is announcing today as compared to our earlier expectations,” stated Jim Craige, Co-
