					                                   DDI CODE OF ETHICS

DDI strives to act in accordance with established standards for development organizations,
including those of the Civicus International Non-Governmental Organizations Accountability
Charter.

Specifically, DDI will:

   •   act in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
   •   act in solidarity with the goals and priorities of our partners and target communities;
   •   exercise and promote fairness, impartiality and equity in all of our activities and in
       dealings with interested parties, partners and the general public;
   •   act truthfully and refrain from practices that undermine the moral and ethical integrity of
       DDI;
   •   be transparent and accountable in our dealings with governments, communities, donors
       and other interested parties;
   •   conform to the constitution, laws, rules and regulations of the countries that we are
       working in;
   •   strive to maintain autonomy and resist activities that may compromise our mission and
       principles.
