Classes are held on Monday nights for twelve consecutive weeks. Class starts at 6:00 p.m. SHARP and will
usually end by 9 p.m. and includes one break (vending machines are available on site)

your payment to Princeton Section Registrar: Geetika Nangia (see below). To obtain a registration form, visit our

Course fee is $575.00 which includes text book (The CQE Primer, by Bill Wortman, et. al.). Checks for the course
should be made payable to ASQ Princeton Section and sent to Geetika Nangia before the course start date,

The next CQE Exam is on December 4, 2010 and you must apply for the exam by October, 15, 2010. Call ASQ
National at 1-800-248-1946 or go to www.asq.org to apply for the exam. Exam registration and fees are separate
from Princeton Section Course registration. You are very welcome to take this course even if you don't plan to take
the exam. If you are already certified, this course will earn you 3.0 Recertification Units.
