Fittings:
May be supplied factory insulated if the fitting has long tangential legs, or insulation kits may be provided for field installation.
These kits shall match the insulation on the pipe with extension leg to suit the cutback, and are supplied with preformed po-
lyisocyanurate foam half shells or pour in place kits complete with a thin white wrap around preformed PVC cover and self-
adhesive sealing tape. These kits shall match the thickness of the insulation on the pipe and are supplied complete with ex-
tension legs to suit the cutback on the pipe. Refer to Urecon’s ‘Medium and Hi-temp submittal data for insulation kits’ for de-
tails.
