With HomeLine Features you can do so much more on your home phone than make and
receive calls

CALLING NUMBER DISPLAY
You can see the number of the person calling you before you pick up the phone (unless the
number is blocked), so you decide who you want to talk to.
MESSAGEBANK
Let your personalised message service answer calls when you can’t.
CALL WAITING
A discrete tone tells you if a new caller is trying to contact you when you’re already on the
phone.
CALL FORWARD
If you’re going out or are on the phone, you can transfer calls to your mobile or another fixed
number.
3-WAY CHAT
If you’re already on a call you can add another person onto the call.
CALL RETURN
Retrieve the number of the last unanswered call (unless the number is blocked), and return
the call when you want to.
CALL BACK
If the number you’re calling is busy, instead of trying every couple of minutes, Call Back will
let you know when the number is free.
MULTIPLE NUMBER
Get a second phone number for your home phone. Different rings will let you know which

Telstra Pre-Paid Home is ideal if you’re sharing a house, because every person can have
their own PIN-protected phone account. That means no arguments about who made what call
and who owes how much. And, because it’s pre-paid, you don’t have to worry about finding
extra cash to pay the bill – there isn’t one.
IT’S EASY TO START
There are no contracts to sign. Simply buy a Telstra Pre-Paid Home Starter Kit for $45 at a
Telstra Shop or Pre-Paid Home retail outlet and you get:

     your personal account number and PIN

     a $12 account credit to get you started

     line connection if there’s an existing phone line into your house

     great call rates like 20c local calls

YOU’RE IN CONTROL
Don’t worry about running out of call time. You get an update on your account balance before
and after every call, and if you’re making a timed call you’re advised how long you can talk.
You’ll even hear a warning message if your account balance is running low. Then you can
just top it up with a Telstra Pre-Paid Home recharge card or voucher from any Telstra Pre-
Paid Home retail outlet.

    carriage service providers by dialing their access override code and must not acquire a
    broadband service from another service provider which is provided using line sharing
    technology.

6. Calls must start during the capped time zone to be eligible for the capped rate.

7. To USA and New Zealand only. Other rates apply to other destinations.

8. Call charges and/or monthly charges may apply for feature use.

9. Requires a tone phone with distinctive ring capability.

10. Excludes calls to mobile satellite services.

11. Your eligible Telstra services must not be managed across our old and new billing

    HomeLine Plus, Advanced, Ultimate, Together or Reach plus have one or more of the
    following eligible Telstra service types on a Single Bill:

       A Telstra post paid mobile plan $20 or above per month (excludes satellite and some
        other post-paid plans).

       Any BigPond Dial-Up Internet, Satellite post-paid plan $20 or above per month or any
        BigPond ADSL, Cable or Wireless Broadband plan $39.95 or above per month
        (excluding services under offer codes 3288 and 5468).

       FOXTEL from Telstra.

    Family Calls are standard national voice calls between your eligible home phone and your
    mobile service on your Telstra Single Bill. Limits apply on the number of services that
    may be included; only one Reward option per account. Reward options are incompatible
    with any other packages, special offers or Telstra’s Pensioner Discount, and some offers.
    Some services are excluded. Unused calls/messages expire monthly. Excludes some
    calls/text.
