blowers , forklifts & induction furnaces, EOT Cranes, core making machines, drying
ovens, Air compressors, DG Sets, water pumps, water treatment plants, cooling towers,
refrigeration units upto 134 T,WINDO & SPLIT ACs, Shot blasting machines
Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for above
mentioned equipments
Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure
performance of various equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

KUNKLE WAGNER MOULDING LINE IN YEAR 1994 WITH KW GERMAN
TEAM. THIS LINE HAS VAST HYDRAULIC SYSTEM HAVING 10,000 LITERS
HYDRAULIC POWER PACK UNIT.

Erection & commissioning of 2 KM conveyor belting system for conveying shell sand in
Year 2005.

Color coding of different fluid transferring pipe lines in plant as per IS: 2379.
Modification of existing pipelines route to improve maintainability.

Reduced the operation of two compressor (535cfm. /90 KW) by eliminating compressed
air leakage in plant & by optimizing max pressure requirement in plant

SUCCESSFUL INSPECTION OF 60 SET OF MOULDING BOXES IN

HANGZHOU IN CHINA IN 2006 & INCORPORATION IN OUR USA MAKE
HERMAN MOULDING LINE.

INSPECTION OF CORE MAKING MACHINES INVOLVING HYDRAULIC &
PNEUMATIC CIRCUITS AT MANUFACTURER'S END

(M/S SPAN MACHINES PUNE & M/S SUSHA FOUNDERS SURAT) & THEN
ERECTION /COMMISSIONING AT OUR SITE IN 1994 & 2005/2006.

Pipe Line Laying: Selected the route of pipe line, laying and commissioning the pipe line
(approx 2 km) up to 150 mm NB size for new plant.

EOT Cranes up to 10 MT Capacity: Commissioned the four nos. EOT cranes (REVA
MAKE) with gantry and rail line in Year 1994

Refrigeration: Installed and commissioned the chilling plant 6TR to134 ton capacity
plants for sand cooling and hydraulic oil cooling.

6 MT Furnace: Erected and commissioned 3 new furnaces of 6 ton capacity.

Erection & commissioning of KUNKLE WAGNER MOULDING LINE IN Year 1994
with KW German team

Erection , commissioning & maintenance of core making machines 10 nos

Erection , commissioning & maintenance of thermopac boiler units of over 6 lac
kcal/hour

IMPLEMENTATION OF CENTRALIZED WORKSHOP for off line maintenance of
over 1000 equipments using about 7000 spare parts (including hydraulic cylinders/valves/
pumps , pneu. cylinders/valves, gear boxes, pneumatic & electric hoists units, motors, pn.
tools, rollers, pn actuators, water pumps, blowers etc.

RE-ESTABLISHED ALL SPARE PARTS (BEING IN SYSTEM FOR LAST 33
