POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates Family and Community Partnership Programs to ensure compliance with Head Start

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Under General Supervision:
1.  Assists in the coordination and delivery of services that promote family and community
    development.
2.  Organizes and coordinates partnership programs with parents.
3.  Develops community partnerships with agencies that compliment our services to Head Start
    families.
4.  Provides assessment data regarding service effectiveness.
5.  Provides advocacy for Head Start Program, including its children and families, and promotes
    positive public relations throughout the community.
6.  Develops and documents the family partnership agreements to enable family self-sufficiency.
7.  Maintains child-tracking data at the center level, including waiting lists.
8.  Provides family and community focused assistance with high quality service and confidentiality
    for Head Start children and families.
9.  Performs other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The incumbent must have:
1.   A Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or
     university.
2.   Two (2) years of social service experience.

        ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
        Under General Supervision:
         1. Provides internal customer service to CAA employees and responds to general inquires
             concerning human resources services.
         2. Performs Human Resource Information System data entry and ensures accuracy of
             information.
         3. Explains procedures, provides necessary forms and reviews for accuracy and completeness
             before accepting into department.
         4. Maintains HR filing system ensuring records are current and information is complete.
         5. Processes job requisitions, personnel action forms, and related employee documents.
         6. Types confidential correspondence and HR prepares reports.
         7. Processes orders for materials and supplies, keeps inventory current and maintains invoice
             tracking system.
         8. Assist with recruitment, benefits administration, and training initiatives.
         9. Organizes display of job postings on agency’s display board and maintains posting
             schedules. Process job postings for outpost offices. Maintain job posting book.
         10. Processes and tracks performance evaluations (i.e., distribute, collect, and input into
             database system).
         11. Perform all other duties as assigned.

        QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
        The incumbent must have:
        1. Associate degree in secretarial science or a related field with three (3) years clerical
             experience, or a High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years clerical experience. A
             combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
        2. Have two (2) years of administrative support experience including executive level
             management.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Interviews, assesses, provides, and refers customers for supportive services to address self-
sufficiency needs. Performs all duties in accordance with CSBG, Emergency Services, and Ohio

CAA policies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Under General Supervision:
1. Interviews clients, through office or home visits, to asses their needs and to determine their
    eligibility for services, and refers clients to the most appropriate programs.
2. Collects comprehensive and complete data and documentation, verifies all documentation in

3. Approves participation based on program guidelines, or refers client to other service
    providers as appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs initial inspections, estimations, and final inspections for approved Weatherization Program
clients. Provides field supervision to all crew leaders, and their teams, to ensure that their work is in
compliance with the Home Weatherization Assistance Program standards.                         Completes
Estimation/Inspection services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations and CAA policies.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Under General Supervision:
1.  Schedules and conducts initial inspections with clients to determine the safety of combustible
    appliances and to determine the scope of weatherization work needed.
2.  Completes job specification sheets, determines the materials required to complete the job, and
    communicates details of work order to work crew.
3.  Conducts final inspections of weatherization projects to assure that work has been performed in
    accordance with Weatherization standards, prepares a list of any additional work required to meet
    Weatherization standards, and performs blower door test if a final one was not performed.
4.  Returns all paper work to Warehouse Operator upon completion.
5.  Ensures that crews are meeting HWAP standards in the Weatherization of client’s residence.
6.  Coordinates with Warehouse in scheduling estimations, final inspections and new jobs.
7.  Provides high-quality estimation services, with confidentiality for the program clients.
8.  Performs other duties as assigned.
