Less shortfall in licensing income

One vacant post plus maternity leave The £21,480 savings for Health and Leisure include £8,000 in respect of the licensing enforcement officer and £11,600 (to date) for a committee clerk but there is an equivalent shortfall in income which should be offset against this figure. Dog warden post taken back under TUPE arrangements following cessation of K9 services contract (funded from contract provision) Street Warden Service is over budget due to long term sickness. B.O.W.S. Officer funded by Countryside Agency Savings to date have been reduced by approximately £13,000 as a result of DSO regradings and other exceptional payments such as Acting up allowances .
