Employee Handbook Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that the Teavana Employee Handbook is available online at
www3.intersourcing.com. My user name is my last name plus the last four digits of my
social security number and my password is my date of birth (MMDDYYYY). I
understand that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the policies contained in
this handbook and those separately provided to me and any revisions made to them.
The handbook describes important information about the Company, and I understand
that this handbook replaces any previous understanding, practice, handbook, policy or
representation concerning subject matters covered by this handbook. I understand that
it is my responsibility to go online and read the Employee Handbook.
I also understand that if I do not have access to this website, that I may request a
printed copy of this handbook by contacting David Staels (404-995-8204) or Meredith
I realize that policies, procedures, rules, regulations, compensation and benefits may
change from time to time and that these changes will be in writing and will be available
from the Human Resources department.
I have entered into my employment relationship with the Company voluntarily and
acknowledge that there is no specified length of employment. I understand that my
employment is at-will, meaning I may terminate my employment with the Company with
or without cause or notice, and that the Company has a similar right. I understand that
no supervisor, manager, or representative of the Company has the authority to enter
into an agreement of employment for a specific term or to make any agreement contrary
to this policy of at-will employment without the written approval of the Company’s Chief
Executive Officer and/or the Company’s Chairman.
Computer Software and Hardware
All Company computers, e-mail and voice mail facilities, fax machines and Internet
access accounts are the Company’s property to be used solely to facilitate the business
of the Company. In addition, all software that has been installed on Company
computers or software provided to you by the Company for downloading on your
personal computers, and any data collected, downloaded and/or created on Company
computers is the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied or
transmitted to any outside party or used for any purpose not directly related to the
business of the Company. Upon termination of employment, no team member shall
remove any software or data from Company-owned computers and must remove
Company software from their personal computers.
