     The cost of benefits as budgeted is currently 23.15%. This includes all benefits with the exception of paid leave, which is budgeted as part of
     salary expenses.

     All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for benefits based upon their percent of time worked. Employees working 32 hours or
     more per week are entitled to full benefits. Employees working between 20 and 32 hours are eligible for benefits on a pro-rata basis.
                                             Employee Benefits Summary

Your gross pay does not measure all the compensation you receive as an employee of Spokane Mental Health. There
are several additional benefits that vary in nature, each an important dollar-and-cents item in your budget. They
include investments in your future such as payments by SMH to social security, SMH’s retirement plan and disability
insurance, as well as health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance and paid time off. These benefits amount to an
