various techniques for setting and achieving
goals.
• Some goals are major objectives.
• Some are minor. Some are day to day.
• Some are hour to hour.
• Each one is a step in the journey of life.

Achieving can change your life.
• It takes the tension and anxiety out of
living.
• Once a person understands how to set
and achieve goals, his entire life takes a
right-about-face.
• Understanding how to achieve goals
brings health, wealth and happiness.

• What should you ask for.
• What is a Goal Detective.
Make setting and achieving goals the

art and a science.

• Begin with the end in mind. Write out a
clear image of your perfect practice.
• Include A List Of Your Values.
• Write Down your needs and desires
regarding your practice.
• Project yourself into the future. 10 years.
• Put the letter in a box. Give thanks to
Universal intelligence as if your goals
have been accomplished.
The law of Mind
• What you can conceive, in mind, believe in mind,
and confidently expect , in mind, will become your
experience.

• Thoughts are powerful things that when mixed
with definiteness of purpose, persistence and
burning desire will translate into riches.

Specific – Clear to the reader to understand
the purpose and intent. Include key words and
details in the goal statement. Don’t be vague.
Specific Targets to focus on and to guide each
days actions. “stay centered”
Stay Focused. Keep your attention on the
Goal. Don’t take your eye off the ball.
Attainable
Your goal is realistic if you believe it can be
accomplished.
Determination
Enthusiasm, Excitement, and Optimism
Never except defeat. Start over if necessary.
Persistence Pays Off
• The three P’s of goal achievement are
patience, persistence and perseverance.
• Rule out excuses: they are the enemies of
goal-achievement.
• Don’t allow yourself to be distracted.
