  Management, 229 George Street, Glasgow G1 1QU, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to

                          (SHAFTON ROAD/COWDENHILL ROAD) ORDER 2009

Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has confirmed an Order made under Sections 207 and 208 of
the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:
1. Parts of Shafton Road and Cowdenhill Road
A copy of the Order as confirmed and relevant plan specifying the length of road and footpath to be stopped
up, may be inspected at the above address and times, by any person, free of charge.

                       THE STOPPING UP OF ROADS (GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL)

                                 (HOLMFAULDHEAD DRIVE) ORDER 2010

Glasgow City Council hereby gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 207 of the Town and
Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, authorising the stopping up of:
1.Holmfauldhead Drive
A copy of the Order and relevant plan specifying the length of road to be stopped up may be inspected at the
above address and times, by any person, free of charge during a period of 28 days from the date of
publication of this notice. Within that period any person may, by notice to Development and Regeneration
Services at the above address, object to the making of the Order. If no representations or objections are duly
made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Order may be confirmed by the City Council as an unopposed
Order.
