Eve and New Year’s Eve. Parents / guardians will not be charged tuition for the above holidays.

arrangements. I am also entitled to 3 paid personal days. Parents / guardians will be advised well in
advances of these days also.
Health Polices. Before enrolling in Tiny Tots Daycare your child must have a physical examination
by a licensed physician. I will need documents signed by your doctor indication the general results of
this examination. This document should also contain the dates your child received the required
vaccinations. Your child will need an additional examination each year in order to update my medical
Tiny Tots Daycare program is one in which the children interact constantly. Therefore, when your
child is ill, I ask that you need to keep the child home to help fight the spread of illness among the
other children. I realize the difficulties you may face in providing alternative care when your child is
ill. However, I can not care for sick children and I do not have the space to do so. I cannot continue to
run a normal program when sick children are present. If your child becomes ill during the day, I will
notify you to pick up your child as soon as possible.
Please Note: I am certified in CPR and First Aid. Please let me know if your child needs any
medication, as there is a form that needs to be filled out by your pediatrician. I will need a signed
permission to administer any topical creams (sunscreen, diaper cream, etc.).
Clothing. Because Tiny Tots Daycare encourages physical and creative growth as well as intellectual
development, children should dress in comfortable play clothing. Clothes may become soiled during
certain play or learning activates. I encourage you don’t send your child in dressy clothes. If you do I
will not be responsible for keeping clothes clean or damage free.
Because children sometimes have toileting or other soiling accidents, I ask that each child keep a spare
set of clothes in his or her cubby. Please label each piece of clothing and bottles with your child’s
name. Diapers, ointment and formula are the responsibility of the parents / guardian.
Potty Training. I will work in conjunction with parents / guardians during potty training. If you have
a method that has been working for you, please advise me and I will adopt it for your child.
Enrollment. A non- refundable deposit fee of $25.00 (per child) is required upon completion of the
registration to secure your child’s placement in care. This deposit is non- refundable. Spaces will not
be held unless the deposit fee is paid and the enrollment form is complete. No child can start until
all of the necessary forms are completed.
Each child needs:
Emergency Medical Care Form (renewed every calendar year),
State of Connecticut Medical Form (yellow),
Written permission for topical creams (if you plan on using).
Parents/Guardians Rights. Parents / Guardians may view the minimum standards for a registered
child care in Connecticut and Tiny Tots Daycare’s latest licensing inspection upon request. The
parents / guardian may visit their child in my home daycare facility at any time during operating hours
without prior approval.
